The freshness of the grass colour

Franciacorta Extra Brut has a light yellow colour with greenish reflections and a fine perlage surrounded by a delightful crown. In the mouth it is dry, immediate, with lively freshness and good sapidity and minerality.
The fragrance is ample but with typical hints of citrus flowers and fresh fruit. Ideal as an aperitif with
oysters, raw shrimps, tempura and Grana Padano.
