Comincia oggi un viaggio fatto di dodici tappe (una per ogni mese), in cui ricostruiamo il racconto dei nostri vini, dalla vigna al calice. Un viaggio che procede senza fretta, mano a mano che il nostro Franciacorta si affina.

In our work we use what the most advanced knowledge and technology make available to us, but the material dimension of our making is and remains central. We use our hands to touch the earth, to tie the vines, to prune them, to taste the right degree of berry ripeness, to harvest, to move the yeasts during the long years of resting the wines in the bottle... And we use our hands to uncork, finally. And to toast.

Today begins a journey made up of twelve stages (one for each month), in which we reconstruct the story of our wines, from the vineyard to the goblet. A journey that proceeds unhurriedly, as our Franciacorta refines.
